These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the applications and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Infinite Coop LLC ("Infinite Coop," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services
• Use the Services to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use automated means to access the Services without our express written permission

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Services, including collection data and deck lists ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Infinite Coop LLC. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Coop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
